Director Kim Jin-woo didn't feel especially professional, but the consultation was comfortable and overall satisfying. I could listen to the explanation in a low-pressure atmosphere, and I could ask questions comfortably too. In particular, there was no aggressive selling or forced recommendation from the manager, which put me at ease.
