The columella area had always looked awkward When seen from the front, my nostrils were very visible and the tip of my nose drooped roundly, so the whole nose felt somehow heavy. The bridge was fine, but the columella bothered me more, so I focused the consultation on columella plastic surgery. I thought fixing the columella was more important than raising the bridge. The doctor said they would slightly lower the columella and shape the rounded tip line
