I visited several clinics while looking into pectoral surgery. I expected the waiting time to be somewhat long. I had braced myself since I heard famous places have some waiting, but it did not feel as long as I expected lol During the consultation, the doctor checked the fat on my face with an ultrasound. While checking where the fat was and how much there was, they said that removing too much unnecessarily could cause hollow cheeks, so they proceeded by trimming only the necessary areas without over-removing. At other places, they only said that removing more would work better, but here it was different because they explained the possible side effects too. Hearing that in advance actually made me trust them more. I learned that removing a lot is not automatically the best answer, and after surgery the area under my chin became more defined and the line looked cleaner. Because they did not remove too much, my cheeks do not feel sunken either, and I like how naturally it was refined. There are not many places that check facial fat with ultrasound before surgery, so I think I came to the right place.
