I went because this place is known for using no implants. The consultation was very kind, and based on the CT they explained in great detail the diagnosis of the amount of septal cartilage and the asymmetry of the tip of the nose. But because they only use septal extension surgery, I think I need to think about it a little more. The manager was also very kind, but there was a bit of pressure about surgery, and before the doctor even said anything, the manager was the one pushing things like alar reduction, saying I needed it.
