They consulted carefully, and when I said another clinic had told me to get functional nose surgery too, they said there was no need for that and asked which clinic told me that lol. They recommended using autologous costal cartilage, and when I asked whether ear cartilage isn't usually used when making the nose tip rounder, they said they personally shape it by slicing autologous costal cartilage.. It felt like they didn't want to use material from all over the place too much?? I felt professionalism and confidence in the consultation, and I ended up deciding to do it at another clinic because I liked that one more, but this clinic was good too
