When I consulted, they explained the implant and various other things very professionally. I was worried it would feel embarrassing, but when I actually had the consultation, they treated me naturally and it was fine. Right after surgery it hurt a lot, and it was painful and hard for several days, but after some time it got better, and it became much more natural and the shape turned out nicely.
