They explained the surgery method suited to my eye condition in detail, including inner corner canthoplasty plus non-incisional surgery, and honestly told me the pros and cons, which made me trust them. They kindly answered my questions too, so I felt reassured, and the overall consultation atmosphere was comfortable and not burdensome, which I liked.
