First of all, it's so hard to get an appointment. A consultation booking is only possible more than 6 months later, and surgery would probably be scheduled even later. There are lots of people saying they're good, lots of reviews, and it can become the kind of nose that gets popular on social media, but they also say they do well with contracted noses, so I guess they would also do a good job on a first-time nose. But if you want to book, don't hesitate, just book first. If you wait and only decide later, it's so hard to get a consultation or surgery date that it probably won't work.
