At my first surgery, they used only septal cartilage, so it ended up looking too natural and I regretted it. Then I had a nasal base reduction surgery without really looking into it properly, and my nose became upturned and shorter. My original nose was short too, so I was under a lot of stress from having a short, small, upturned nose T_T Back then, while randomly digging through info posts on a community, I came to know [Clinic A], and since they specialize in contracture cases, I went there. I'm not a contracture case myself, but I thought they would handle a short nose well.
