I got a dual canthoplasty here about 10 years ago, and it is still holding up really well, but I guess the corners being attached in a little D-shape is unavoidable... My eyes also sting... I did it because I did not like fierce-looking eyes, and if I could go back I would still do it, but I think I would choose much more carefully. Still, it is not like the red flesh is showing or anything, but there is this discharge? kind of thing that keeps forming toward the back, not even the front, and it is uncomfortable, and later in life when I get older, I guess
