The manager handled the consultation, and it ended without me getting to see the doctor’s face. Overall, there was a fairly strong atmosphere of recommending same-day surgery, and I felt like they were pushing for a quick decision. The explanation about the surgical method, expected results, and side effects felt somewhat lacking in professionalism and detail, so it was disappointing in terms of clearing up my questions. The inside of the hospital was relatively quiet
