The doctor is cool! But not in a way that’s rude or makes you feel bad, just the kind of person who’s naturally cool? If I asked something I was curious about, he answered everything and explained everything, so I was fine! The manager is really kind. She explained things in detail, said lots of encouraging things, and I was satisfied!
