It’s been 6 months since the surgery. The procedure was silicone 4.5, osteotomy, alar reduction, nasal tip work (septum, ear cartilage, mesh), and one-sided augmentation for the cheek area. (The mesh was done with my consent because when they opened the nose during surgery, the septal cartilage was too weak and too small to provide support.) I’m 100% satisfied with the rhinoplasty results. The reason I chose Mi Plus was that I’m a man, and at other hospitals they would choose the silicone based on the forehead bone, with most places recommending at least 5 mm and, if high, even 6 mm or more. But here, during the consultation, the doctor said the starting point of the nose should begin based on the double eyelid line for it to look the most beautiful, and recommended 4 mm, which matched my preference for naturalness, so I booked the surgery right away. On the day of surgery, I had a brief consultation with the director first (when I talked with the doctor, I felt he had a very firm personal taste?? I brought a photo of the nose I wanted, but I just trusted him and went ahead). Then I went into the operating room and had the surgery under anesthesia. They didn’t make the anesthesia too deep, so I woke up in the middle, and when I woke up the doctor told me what they were doing, and if I said it was hard, they gave me more anesthesia again. I suffered a lot because my bleeding wouldn’t stop But the hospital took good care of me after surgery, which was really nice, and they checked my nose massage and progress well every 1 and 3 months, which was also great. Also, because I had a very broad nose, many other hospitals told me not to do alar reduction, saying it would scar, so I was worried. But I trusted the doctor at Mi Plus and went ahead with alar reduction. The result turned out really well. It became slimmer than before, and there are no visible scars from the alar reduction incision at all, so people don’t even notice And the short nose was lengthened by the doctor too, so my nose feels much slimmer Even acquaintances who opposed cosmetic surgery told me after seeing me that my impression had become more refined and praised me for doing it Also, I had a deviated septum, and the doctor corrected it well while doing the osteotomy, so my nasal congestion has clearly improved compared to before surgery. The surgery doesn’t look very obvious either, so people who see me for the first time after the surgery don’t realize it unless I tell them. They also added augmentation for the cheek area on one side to correct asymmetry, but after the surgery I didn’t feel any foreign-body sensation at all, so I even wondered if it had really been inserted If I press on it, it feels like something is there My mother also looked at my surgery results and says it was worth spending the money, and every time she looks at my nose she feels proud. The aftercare is also really good, and for a nose surgery, I really think I chose the right hospital.
