I had my first surgery here 9 years ago. I went after seeing my friend's nose and had the surgery, but now both my friend and I are looking into revision surgery It was under local anesthesia when I had the surgery, and at first my nose looked pretty, but it has gradually gotten lower.. I did think about whether to get the revision surgery here too, but I can't do it because I'm scared it will lower again.
