I like a natural style, so I went while looking into revision surgery. It probably won't suit people who want a flashy, high nose. I had dermal grafting, nostril lowering, bridge and tip done. When I looked at different reviews, I saw posts saying they recommend all sorts of extra things, but I felt they were recommending only what was really necessary for a pretty nose. They weren't trying to make money; they really seemed intent on making the best possible nose. The hardest part for me was keeping the cotton packing in my nose for 5 days. Post-op care is thorough too, with swelling tape, a nose retainer, and other things, so they take care of you in many ways. The aftercare is a bit annoying, but that means the hospital really pays a lot of attention. I recommend them if you like a natural-looking nose.
