The skill is top-notch,, I shopped around and then came here and just said let's do it!! and booked the surgery right away. It was my first surgery, but even I could tell this arm was difficult and there was a lot of fat. I did it under local anesthesia and it was tolerable, and now after about half a year there is no dimpling and it came out well. It is not a bone-thin arm, but I still got incredibly slim and now I wear sleeveless tops, and I want to do other areas too,,.
