I had my eyes and nose done together 12 years ago. My eyes didn't really need the inner corner cut, but they said if I wanted them bigger and prettier, we should do it, so I did. I had full incision, and in the end they were too thick and dark for my taste, which was a shame, but people around me often said my eyes were pretty. I only regret the inner corner cut.. But that depends on each person's standards, so in the end the eye surgery was a success. For my nose, they used silicone and septal cartilage, but maybe it didn't suit me, because even after steroid injections for scar tissue, the swelling didn't go down well, and my bridge stayed thick for about 3 years. Anyway, my nose ended up slightly crooked, and I just lived with it, but maybe because they raised it too high for my nose, contracture developed and my nose tip lifted up.. I went back to the hospital 10 years later to look into removal, and they recommended lowering the bridge and doing revision surgery. They said the bridge was too high and didn't suit me because it looked like a man's nose;; When I told them to just decide for themselves, they used 4 mm... The doctor said during the first surgery that costal cartilage would be the last resort, but for the revision they recommended using costal cartilage plus autologous dermis, and even though I'd had surgery here before, they quoted 7 million. In the end I'm looking for another hospital for removal... A friend who had surgery here with me had a fleshy bulbous nose, and since after surgery she lied and said it was her natural nose, and she's had no problems so far, it seems like the surgery just didn't suit my nose. Before getting nose surgery, make sure to study a lot and choose what fits your own nose, even if it's not this place. If you just ask them to make whatever shape you want, problems will happen~
