It seems the director has a very strong sense of what he thinks is pretty. He seems to have a specific idea of a beautiful nose, and I didn’t feel like he would make it into the very natural nose I wanted. I felt like he would just do surgery the way he usually does. He also recommended surgery I hadn’t even been thinking about. He speaks very directly. It doesn’t feel like he tries to adapt much to the patient, but rather says, ‘You have to do this and this.’ He’s not the friendly, warm type. Instead, the manager is very kind.
