This was the first hospital where I had a consultation for my nose surgery. I only wanted to improve the exact complex I had with my natural nose, but they firmly told me that surgery is not that simple and that I needed a clear idea of the look I wanted.... haha The material seemed to be mostly ear cartilage, and even though I wanted no implant because of my dorsal hump and bulbous tip, they still recommended ear cartilage.
