I had a satisfying experience. The desk staff, the counseling director, and the director were all kind and friendly, so I felt no pressure at all. The consultation was professional, and they caught even the parts I had missed, helping me understand my nose from multiple angles. They answered each of my questions in detail, one by one, and explained things so clearly that everything just clicked. They also gave fun analogies in between.
