The people who handled the consultation were so kind, and because they only recommended procedures suited to my situation without any pressure, I felt I could trust them. The hospital atmosphere was also clean and comfortable, so I could get the consultation without feeling nervous, and the doctor explained everything in detail, so my questions were all neatly answered. I liked that it did not feel pushy or burdensome, but rather like they genuinely cared about the patient.
