The doctor was kind, but it was hard because they kept talking about things unrelated to the surgery that would suit the patient. They showed me noses from cases different from mine and said, "I redid this kind of nose like this too. I told you to do it like this, but you went somewhere else and came back like that, and now you came to me in the end," and so on. They were showing me noses that were completely different from mine, but I wanted to see surgical methods and cases that fit my own nose. There were only about two cases that matched my nose, mixed in with the doctor's self-praise.
