I was one of the consults during my tour for revision nose surgery. I had a 6 o'clock appointment, so it was near closing time and they looked very tired. And.. since it was really a revision surgery and I was curious and did not know much, I was trying to ask whether the nostrils of this nose could be made prettier, but because of the tone and expression that felt like telling me not to interrupt, I just listened. They explained according to the manual and showed me noses similar to mine, then asked if I had any questions. They just kept talking about themselves with a very fake smile. If after surgery the result fell short of expectations, I felt like there would be no way to communicate, so I ended the consultation here only.
