The consultation felt really thorough. They asked in detail about what surgery I had done at which hospital before, and clearly explained which parts were necessary based on my current facial condition and which parts did not really need to be done. It was not an atmosphere of pushing surgery no matter what, and they clearly said I did not need a drain bag and did not need jaw reduction, which actually made me trust them more. They looked mainly at facial fat and the proportions of the midface, and said I only needed to think about one midface contouring procedure. They mentioned around 3 cm in total for both sides, and gave realistic advice that if I could get to 58 kg by December, my lines would look much prettier than they do now. What stood out most was that they emphasized not short-term changes, but becoming naturally prettier within a year.
