First the director, then the manager. I really liked this structure because it was not cumbersome and was clear and concise. It was a nose consultation, and Director Lee Ye-jin explained while drawing out my nose shape with an expressionless face, giving the feeling of a professional briefing, as if solving a math formula. She said they would do an osteotomy, raise the nasal tip with ear cartilage, and because my skin is thick, they would need to remove fat and fibrous tissue within the skin layer to make a slimmer nose. It felt like I was listening to a class, but I liked how the director's professionalism came through clearly. After the director's consultation, the manager explained the procedure, including about 3 hours of general anesthesia, the surgery time, the dates to come to the hospital, and so on, and showed me detailed nose surgery before-and-after photos, and said the price was in the high 5 million won range. I keep worrying whether ear cartilage alone will hold up well for 100 years, so I'm hesitating and hesitating;
