The space was on the smaller side, but it was nicely decorated. The director listened carefully to what I had to say, suggested solutions, and was extremely gentle and nice. However, the consultation staff were not rude, but they felt uncomfortable. Their expressions... the atmosphere... At first I felt good during the consultation, but when I left, I felt like 'I don't think I'll have surgery at this hospital.'
