That bastard did my eye correction so badly that even when I wasn’t putting any strength into my eyes, the inner part still looked fully exposed and stared weirdly wide open. My whole face looked off because of my eyes, and I was insanely stressed. Then I found this clinic and got a revision done exactly as it was. They said the fixation was deep enough that I’d need double-line surgery, so I thought I was screwed and would have to live with a scar. But they said they’d loosen the old line completely and make a new one, and that the scar from the existing line would gradually fade. I went into the surgery clutching at straws, but after more than half a year, it’s definitely getting lighter. My eyes no longer look like they’re bulging open, and I feel much more comfortable as a person. I also hated how the front part was blocked off, so when I got the double-line surgery I had epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty fully done too. Now that the inner corner shows a little and more of the white of my eye is visible, I’ve escaped the blocked-eye look and I don’t even do any widening-eye makeup anymore. At this point I think it’s a top-tier result, and I feel like after about a year the scar should improve enough to look fine even without makeup.
