I went in for a consultation because it feels like I open my eyes with forehead muscles rather than my eyes, and I wanted ptosis correction. The doctor said my skin is thick, so it would need incision, and that if I want the line I want, I would need upper canthoplasty. They said if there is an epicanthal fold above the eye, it covers the front part of the line. They also told me that if I only do double eyelids, even if the line is there from the front at first, it can become invisible over time and look as if it has loosened. I was going for in-line
