I loved how thoroughly the manager explained everything, to the point that I almost mistook her for the doctor, but the doctor was really so cold and aloof that it was honestly scary.. Maybe it was because it was a busy surgery day, but as soon as I asked about my expectations for surgery, he cut me off bluntly. It didn’t feel friendly, so I just left after the consultation.
