First, the counselor explained things for about an hour. They were extremely professional, and although I had only gone in thinking about alar reduction, they gave a detailed and specific diagnosis of my nose shape. They pointed out exactly the things I also usually felt, and I liked that they told me the priorities in order of what needed to be done. The doctor also clearly said what was needed, which I liked.
