It was good that they showed my pre-surgery photos and explained things with them. But the waiting time was absurdly long. It makes me wonder why they even take reservations like this. I also wonder whether they actually set a limit on how many clients they book per time slot. The consultation manager was kind and did a really good job, so I was thinking about doing it here, but my mind changed after the consultation with the doctor. He looked like he had just come out of surgery or something, seemed disorganized, and looked very tired. I am tired too from visiting multiple places, but he looked even more exhausted. In the end, I said I would think about it and contact them if I decide to go ahead, then left.
