This was my first hospital, and the doctor showed me a lot of photos and analyzed the difference before and after, which helped me set the overall framework. He was negative about using costal cartilage, and the director's opinion was that the septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be enough. The consultation was quite long, so thanks to that I could ask all sorts of things. However, my nose is slightly crooked, and they said it would be difficult to improve that, so my expectations for surgery were lowered a little
