It is worth getting a consultation with the doctor. He points out what is good and what is not so good, and he is not the type to say, 'Don't worry, I'll make you pretty, just go ahead and have surgery.' I took photos and had the consultation. The clinic itself is a bit old-fashioned, but I thought the doctor's hands-on skill was what mattered, so I passed on that. He said that with a non-implant option, it would only improve a little and that the nostrils would show more, asking if I was okay with that..
