Since it is closed surgery, there are some uneasy points, and I am not sure exactly what surgery I need to have. For now, the doctor said to put in a nose tip support and cartilage selection, plus silicone, but he did not explain the pros and cons of each cartilage option. At first I said I would use donated rib cartilage (because I dislike body scars), but after looking online, there were quite a lot of bad things said about donated rib cartilage. I wish they would explain this kind of thing more carefully and honestly during the consultation. I am very satisfied with the hospital facilities and the consultation. I don't mind if it's expensive, I just hope the surgery turns out well..
