Since it is a closed rhinoplasty, the worries are unavoidable compared with open rhinoplasty. But if you do it open, a scar forms on the columella. Even if other hospitals that do open surgery insist that this absolutely does not happen, just looking at celebrities, you can clearly see incision lines on the columella of celebrities who had open rhinoplasty. This place is run by a specialist in closed rhinoplasty, so I like that part.
