It seemed like the director had a tremendous pride in his own surgical skill. He said my nose was difficult to operate on because it was a bulbous tip with a dorsal hump, and kept showing before-and-after photos of other patients while implying that only he could do noses like this. Since I pursue extreme naturalness, he also said that if I don’t want it corrected in that way, then it’s right not to have surgery! Also, my desired look
