I had surgery 10 years ago. I'm a man, and I had lateral canthoplasty and buried sutures done together. The buried sutures are barely noticeable and I'm satisfied with them. Highly recommended. But I regret the lateral canthoplasty.. There is too much D-shaped scar-like visibility at the outer corner of my eye, so you can tell if you look closely. The horizontal length of the eyes definitely got longer, but the ends are D-shaped and red, so I don't like it.
