First of all, the surgery definitely opened the back really well. I have narrow, inward-looking eyes, and it seems like they opened them as much as possible. For several weeks it showed too much and I had a hard time... And the hospital interior is very chaotic, but everyone is kind. If you want something extremely wide, I recommend it. I heard quite a few people got it done at Giraffe. If you want something natural, I do not recommend it. I had a back-and-bottom canthoplasty at another hospital and it did not work, so here was my last resort.
