I went for a consultation for revision nose surgery~ I had to wait longer than my consultation reservation time before I could be seen. The director was kind during the consultation and answered my questions well. However, as a revision patient, surgery without an incision felt like a concerning point.. If it were the first surgery, it would be fine, but I was worried about proper fixation and securing visibility... Revision patients know how much we don’t want to go through surgery again... There is already a scar on the columella, so I wondered whether a no-incision method even makes sense now.. I also need to remove foreign material from inside my nose.. The coordinator has a bad attitude. When I said I wouldn’t have the surgery, she suddenly changed completely and even ignored my text messages and calls... This is a place many people go through referrals, but shouldn’t they still do their job to the end regardless of whether the patient ends up having surgery or not?
