I made a reservation and went at the scheduled time, but they still made me wait way too long. The doctor looked very busy. First I had a consultation with the coordinator, then with the director, but I had to wait an hour just to see the director. I was about to just leave the clinic in the middle, but I held back. The director's consultation was fairly kind and well done, though. They said there would be a discount if I agreed to a partially public blog post.
