First, the consultation proceeded with the coordinator and then the director. I had surgery because of a drooping nasal tip. I went when the clinic had not been open long. But the surgical method used ear cartilage. I went expecting a major change, so I requested another consultation. I said I wanted a more dramatic look. However, the director seemed not to use autologous costal cartilage much and said there was no need to use it. They said the support structure from my first surgery was already well settled and that there would not be a big change, so I trusted them and had surgery. But the result was barely noticeable and I was dissatisfied with the shape. Rhinoplasty
