The consultation went in the order of manager - doctor - manager. The manager's consultation was brief, and when I went in, the doctor looked at the CT scan I had taken and explained everything in detail. They told me what kind of surgery would be needed and checked the aesthetic direction I wanted, then recommended a plan, but there was no excessive pressure. I also liked the line they marked out, and it seemed like they were recommending things while considering the overall facial asymmetry and harmony! They didn't pressure me for a deposit, and they gave me enough time to think. The manager also replied quickly, so I felt like even after surgery there wouldn't be any major worries if things were handled like this. Still, compared to the changes I want, nose surgery itself has a lot to consider, so I'm still thinking..
