Based on the consultation alone, they seem more like the type to meet client needs than to have their own firm professional view. I would not recommend them to someone who wants to hear a doctor's opinion. They are simply not talkative. They only answer what you ask, and even then, in very short replies... I went hoping to hear about functional aspects because they are an otolaryngology specialist, but plastic surgery specialists explained things in more detail...
