I have been visiting several places for rhinoplasty consultations, and the consultation atmosphere here was good. At first I was thinking of only raising the bridge a little and refining the tip, but during the consultation it felt like they considered my nose shape together with my facial proportions. I also brought photos of the nose I wanted, and rather than saying they would make it exactly the same, they explained directions that could suit my face, which I liked. They recommended custom silicone and septal cartilage as materials. They explained why they were considering this combination and which aspects it could improve, so it did not feel like proceeding with a predetermined method. I especially liked the nose-design process. It felt like they established the line not by simply raising the bridge, but by considering the tip shape and overall impression too. I asked about the things I had worried about before the consultation, and they explained them one by one, which helped me understand. I plan to compare more places, but I was satisfied with the consultation process and the design direction. I think results are important in rhinoplasty, but the initial direction is important too, and this was one of the better places I consulted with.
