Among the clinics I visited, this was the only one that recommended Megaderm. As soon as I sat down, they brought up the CT and explained the ideal nose line in detail. Since this was a revision surgery, I needed to remove the L-shaped silicone, but rather than putting silicone back in, they suggested using Megaderm and either donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage even if it meant lowering the bridge. The difference between the two was 2 million won,, The above amount is based on donated costal cartilage, and if you want the event discount, you have to film the splint video they post on Instagram
