For a long time, visible nostrils were a complex of mine, so I went in thinking I would at least get a consultation. Just as the reviews said, the staff were kind, and the doctor was the kindest and warmest among the doctors I had seen. I am not someone who asks many questions, but they proactively told me about surgical side effects and said scarring is unavoidable, which made me feel I could trust them. I had not been considering alar reduction, but they said I would need this too for it to spread less
