The consultation went coordinator > director > coordinator, and the coordinator participated in the director consultation, standing together behind me! The director explained in detail what was needed and how they would perform the surgery, almost as if teaching a class. I went in knowing absolutely nothing about rhinoplasty and learned a lot... They seemed extremely confident, which gave me the trust that I could leave it to them. However, the coordinator was a little pushy. I am still considering rhinoplasty
