Both the doctor and consultant were kind. I had rhinoplasty without an implant, using temporalis fascia and ear cartilage. I'm fairly satisfied with the result. My nasal bridge was low to begin with, and since I had implant-free surgery, it did not become dramatically higher, but the overall shape seems to have changed quite a bit. I had osteotomy on the nasal bridge, and it definitely feels slimmer. My nasal tip was bulbous too, but it seems to have been corrected well. This place seems to favor a natural look; unless I tell them, nobody knows I had nose surgery.
