I had surgery for a long nose 2 years ago, but I still wasn't satisfied, so I looked for a clinic for revision surgery and went for a consultation. I was worried because my face looked older than my age, but I'm glad I went. What I needed wasn't a bunch of random recommendations, but clear explanations. I had revision surgery with a new silicone implant and donated rib cartilage, and the line looks good and I like it. Since it was revision surgery, I just hope the nose shape stays well so I don't have to have surgery again.
