Since it was a revision rhinoplasty, I thought there would be limits with a closed approach, but I went because the doctor was so famous. I wondered whether there could be aesthetic improvement, but with every additional procedure, the cost went up enormously, and only the limitations were mentioned, so it didn't feel like there was any thought that it could become prettier... Usually the consultation managers would give up and just explain the price, and that was exactly how it went.. It was disappointing.
